Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this ryokan. The traditional Japanese-style room was super nice, clean, and spacious, perfect for experiencing a true ryokan stay. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of for a relaxing experience. The location couldn't have been better for visiting the Snow Monkey Park, just a short walk away. While the dining experience was very lavish, the facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at this ryokan. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a traditional ryokan experience. The service was exceptional, especially after a long journey, and the location couldn't be better for visiting the snow monkey park. The dining experience was delicious and served in a traditional Japanese style. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a great value for money overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although not very cozy or big, were very clean and offered a sweet touch for our honeymoon with a seating area including western chairs and a small coffee table. The service, particularly the meals, spoke good English and went out of their way to meet our needs and queries. The location was convenient for evening walks and close to the start of hiking trails, as well as offering a nice view of the snow monkeys. The dining experience was amazing, definitely the highlight of my trip, with many delicious courses and dishes. On the downside, there were some communication problems, but this seemed more related to that than a lack of hospitality.
